Moving to a new Hosting Site

Generally I do not get much traffic on this website. Maybe about 2 - 3 visitors a day and most of them are for my NFC card enabled Wedding analytics project. So I was fine with a free webhosting platform and for that past number of years I have been using 000webhost.com.

However, on 5th of April I got an email from 000webhost with the below message.

'We’ve noticed that your website has received an unusual amount of requests (visits) recently. To ensure our users get the best possible service we monitor server usage and websites with high traffic are being suspended. 

Currently, we only suspend websites that receive more than 15000 daily visits and 150 unique daily visits. Unfortunately, your website has been suspended as it received 475 requests of which 215 were unique.'

This is surprising to say the least. So I replied back to the moderator asking to help bring my website back online. Given it was Easter season there was a delay in response. But then waiting for days without any response I decided to log in to the 000webhost control panel to find out that my entire website has been deleted. This would have been fine on any other day but since I recently made the switch running my website on MySQL I did not have time to take my backup of the blog posts that I had updated.

In panic, I replied back to 000webhost but I don't think I should be expecting any response. So, I accepted my losses and decided to do another search for what other free webhosting sites have popped up in the last few years. So, now I have switched to x10 webhosting. I don't know why these platforms don't have nicer names but the service they provide is great and offers services on par with 000webhost. The only drawback being that their FTP server connection doesn't seem to work with FileZilla. So I had to add all items back manually.
